It’s been a long time since I rock and rolled

I don’t remember the last time I blogged anything. The slowdown started not too long after Google killed of Reader (I’m still mad at them about that). But lately I’ve been thinking about the things I put up on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, and I often find myself wanting to capture a short thought or write out something a little more long form. And there’s also the whole thing with posts that could possibly get a little heated in traditional social media. I don’t mind sharing thoughts on things like religion and politics, but Facebook and Twitter are so toxic on those topics, so I’d rather have a space to muse about those topics that’s a step removed. So here I am I wonder if I can get the old writing habit back. I guess we’ll see.
